A custom jewelry jar from the Krystal Ball is a one-of-a-kind experience. Our jars are fully customized to meet our client's jewelry dream (within reason).
- Once purchased, the client must email (thekrystalball1@gmail.com, or message us on TikTok @thekrystalball with the following information:
- Color and theme preferences.
- Silver, gold or mixed metals.
- Statement pieces, dainty or mixed pieces.
- Ring sizes (include preferences of stretchy or sized).
- and any other important details that you can think of that will help us enhance your experience.
- Custom orders require 2 weeks turnaround time (minimum).
- Interpretation of theme is flexible, we do our very best to create the jar of your dreams, but this is up to theme interpretation of the creator.
Other notes:
- We do not accept returns.
- We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping, however, reach out and see if there is anything that we can do to help improve your experience.
- Shipping is not included in the cost of the jewelry jar.
